One Hour Assessment £130
£720 per day (two days minimum, 6 hours per day)

Our intensive therapy services include:

  • 1:1 Intensive IFS + EMDR

Intensive 1–2 day therapy offers focused, accelerated support for couples or individuals needing rapid breakthroughs, deeper healing, or urgent relational repair.
